Membership Guidelines for the Yellow Ribbon Support  The Yellow Ribbon campaign was started by Jay Randolph and his Armament Squad from the Aviation Platoon of F Company, 25th CAB of Fort Campbell Kentucky in 1979 As a support program for the 25th CAB. then in 1981 it was expanded as support for all of Ft Campbell, and then in 1982 was support for everyone in the army. in 1991 it became the support for all military. As of 9/1/1 it became the support for everyone who risk there lives to protect or save our lives and Freedom. Now our Service Members are fighting the  War with IRAQ which has been put off till the worst time of the season for our troops to be there. We are supporting all efforts of protecting our Freedoms and our American way of life.
