Provider reserves the right to terminate without notice for breach of the terms and conditions listed in this contract or if, in the provider’s opinion, the continuation of the child or parent as part of the childcare group is detrimental to the well being of other children in care. There is no reduction or rebate for hours or day’s not used and partial payment is not accepted. Please remember that your fees are my income. Your child’s meals and learning activities depend on them. Under no circumstances will I or any adult spank or slap a child in our care. Disciplinary methods include, warnings, time out, holding books, loss of privileges, no stickers, bad note home, parent meeting, and in severe cases, removal from the program. Furthermore, please understand that my help and I will do all in our power to protect your child however, in the unseen event that an accident does occur, the signing of this contract constitutes a waiver of liability. I don’t foresee it happening to any child, this is just a precautionary measure Payments are recorded on a ledger which may be provided to requesting parents. Child should come prepared for outside play according to the weather. I will administer prescription and non-prescription medications (at my discretion) according to the written instructions from the parent. Unless I have a written request detailing otherwise, I will assume that I have your permission to use the following products on your child with the brand of my choosing: baby wipes, first aid creams and products, moisturizing lotions, sunscreens, etc. I understand that small repairs and accidents go with the territory or running such a facility or providing any type of service out of the home so parents are not responsible for small things. However, parents/guardians will be responsible for damages that cannot be classed as accident or fair wear and tear (such as the deliberate breaking of toys, poking holes in the furniture, etc). Anyone picking up children other than the parent will be required to provide identification. If they are not on your child’s pick-up list, they will not be released. I understand that these restrictions may pose a hardship for parents with demanding jobs or social schedules but it is done with your child’s safety in mind. Just imagine what the consequences could be. Updates to any information may be submitted on the “Questions, concerns, or updates” form also posted on the website. |
